Applying Bonuses

Request commission bonuses directly in MediaOS with just a few clicks—no spreadsheets, emails, or back-and-forth required.

Why Use the Bonus Application Tool? #

MediaOS streamlines the bonus request process by allowing Sales Users to apply for bonuses directly within a contract record. This feature saves time, minimizes miscommunication, and ensures your request is visible to the Accounting team immediately. Whether you're requesting a standard seasonal bonus or a performance-based incentive, it all happens in one place.

How to Apply for a Bonus #

To get started, click Sales in the left-hand navigation menu. Make sure Contracts is selected in the top bar to display your list of contracts. Find the contract you want to apply the bonus to and click View on the right-hand side to open the Contract Callout Panel.

Once the panel opens, scroll down to the Commission Bonuses section. Click Add Bonus to begin the request process. A search bar will appear—use it to find and select the appropriate bonus from the list of available options.

After selecting your bonus, click Add Bonus once again to finalize the request. This will trigger a notification to your Accounting team, confirming that a bonus request has been submitted for review.

Tip: If your organization has multiple bonus types, use keywords to quickly locate the right one when searching.
