Requesting a signature in MediaOS is a fast, mobile-friendly way to finalize a proposal—perfect for sales reps working in the field on tablets or other mobile devices. By using either the Interactive Proposal or Signature Request feature, you can send your client a professional, easy-to-review proposal that can be signed on the spot.

Why Use Signature Requests? #

Requesting a signature in MediaOS is a fast, secure way to finalize proposals—ideal for sales reps working remotely or in the field. Whether you're using a laptop, tablet, or phone, the Interactive Proposal and Signature Request features allow you to send a clean, professional contract that your client can review and sign electronically in just a few clicks.

This modern workflow streamlines the approval process and removes barriers to closing deals, especially in fast-paced environments.

Sending a Signature Request #

To begin, log into MediaOS and make sure your email is connected to your user profile. Then navigate to the Sales page and open the proposal you want to send.

Click the Email button to reveal a dropdown of sending options. You can choose either Interactive Proposal or Signature Request, depending on your preferred client experience. Once selected, the email window will open, preloaded with a link to the proposal.

Compose your message using your own language or saved templates. When you're ready, click Send Email.

What the Client Sees #

Your client will receive the message along with a clickable link to the contract. From there, they can review the proposal details and submit their electronic signature from any device, at any time. There's no need for downloads, attachments, or separate e-signature tools—everything happens within the MediaOS experience.

Tip: Encourage mobile clients to use the Interactive Proposal option—it’s optimized for tablets and phones and often leads to faster turnaround times.
