Email Integration

Integrating your email account with MediaOS ensures seamless communication tracking and a more organized workflow. Whether you are sending individual emails or managing outreach across teams, linking your email account to MediaOS helps centralize important client conversations directly inside your CRM.

Important Notes for GSuite and Microsoft Users #

Before beginning the integration process, it is essential to follow provider-specific requirements. If you are using GSuite, the administrator of your GSuite account must complete the GSuite User Instructions prior to integration. If you are using Microsoft Outlook, your administrator may also need to complete the Microsoft Admin Approval Instructions after the connection is made. Ensuring these steps are completed first helps prevent permission issues during setup.

Starting the Email Integration Process #

To begin, click your Profile Picture located in the bottom-left corner of your MediaOS dashboard. From your Navigation Panel, select Personal Settings, and then click the Email Accounts tab at the top of the screen. To add your email account, click the +Email Account button and enter the email address you want to connect. When prompted, select your Email Provider from the available list. If you do not immediately see your provider, choose Other Providers, and if necessary, click See All Providers to find your correct option.

Approving Permissions and Completing the Setup #

After selecting your provider, follow the prompts on the screen and select Allow when the Nylas Permissions Window appears. This step authorizes MediaOS to connect with your email account securely. Once permission is granted, MediaOS will sync your email, and you will see confirmation that your account is successfully connected.
