Integrating DocuSign with MediaOS

MediaOS includes a powerful, built-in e-signature tool at no extra cost, making it easy to collect signatures without leaving the platform. However, if your team already uses DocuSign and prefers to keep everything centralized under that service, MediaOS offers seamless integration.

Why Use DocuSign with MediaOS #

By default, MediaOS enables you to send proposals for signature using its native e-signature functionality—no setup required. But if your organization already uses DocuSign for contract management or requires its more advanced features, integrating your DocuSign account with MediaOS provides a secure and consistent solution. This integration is entirely optional and does not need to be enabled in order to use MediaOS signature tools.

Requirements for DocuSign Integration #

Before setting up the integration, make sure you have an active DocuSign account. If you don’t already have one, you can create an account at the DocuSign Website. You will also need administrator-level access within MediaOS in order to configure integrations. MediaOS is designed to work with a single, shared DocuSign account that connects all users, so individual team members do not need to log into DocuSign themselves.

Tip: The shared account setup means all signatures are handled through one central DocuSign connection, which simplifies user access and management across your organization.

Connecting DocuSign to MediaOS #

Integrating DocuSign with MediaOS is quick and efficient. Once connected, you will be able to collect legally binding digital signatures directly through the MediaOS platform, track proposal status, and eliminate the need to manage signatures across multiple systems.

To begin the integration process, first navigate to Settings, then choose Integrations from your MediaOS navigation menu. Scroll through the available options until you locate DocuSign, then click the Configure button to launch the setup.

At this point, you will be prompted to authenticate your DocuSign account. You’ll need to enter your API Email or Username and your API Password to establish the connection. After logging in, you will see a few additional configuration options available.

If your workflow requires a counter-signature, you can enable this by toggling Enable Counter Signature to the on position. Once enabled, select the Counter Signature User—this should be the MediaOS user responsible for signing documents on behalf of your organization. After you have entered all required information and adjusted your settings, click Save to complete the integration.

Tip: Be sure the selected counter-signature user has the appropriate authority to sign proposals to prevent any delays in your approval process.

What Happens After Integration #

Once your DocuSign account is connected to MediaOS, you can send proposals directly through the system and collect signatures without leaving the platform. All signature activity is tracked within MediaOS, giving you full visibility into the status of each document. This integration simplifies your approval process and keeps everything centralized, so your team can move faster with confidence
