To ensure secure integration with MediaOS, Google requires specific permissions to be configured by your organization's GSuite administrator. This step protects your organization’s data while allowing MediaOS to connect with your Gmail accounts. These instructions only need to be completed once by a GSuite administrator.

Setting Up Google GSuite Access #

Start by signing in as an administrator to your Google Admin Console. Once logged in, navigate to Security > Access and Data Control > API Controls. Under the App Access Control section, click Manage Third-Party App Access to begin the setup process.

At the top of the Configured Apps list, select Add App, then choose OAuth App Name or Client ID. In the search field, enter the following Client ID:

231074785-rv1am26bqgcv8jdslrks4tb3eeoi1uh1.apps.googleusercontent.com

After entering the Client ID, click Search. When the search results appear, check the box next to the listed Client ID and click Select.

You will then be prompted to assign an access level. Choose Trusted: Can access all Google services to authorize MediaOS. Finally, click Configure to save your settings. Once complete, the app's access status will appear as Trusted in the Access column on the Apps page.
