Use filters to quickly narrow down invoice-ready items by account, product type, user, and more.
Why Use Filters? #
The Billable Line Items page can display a large volume of data—especially for organizations managing multiple clients or active campaigns. MediaOS makes it easy to sort and focus by providing advanced filtering tools that help you locate the exact line items you want to invoice.
Filters allow you to streamline your billing workflow by isolating the accounts, products, or user-specific activity that needs attention.
How to Apply Filters #
To get started, navigate to Accounting in the left-hand menu, then click the Billable Line Items tab at the top of the screen. Once you're on the page, click the Filter button on the left to open the filtering options.
From here, you can filter billable items by criteria such as account, user, auto-pay status, payment plan involvement, product type, dates, and more. This is especially helpful for large teams or companies running several billing cycles simultaneously.
After you’ve filtered your view, use the toggle switch to the left of a line item to select it for invoicing. Once you’ve made your selection, the Invoice Selected Items button will appear on the right. Click it to generate the invoice for the chosen items.
Tip: Use filters in combination with invoice rules to quickly target exactly what’s ready to bill—without manually sorting through large lists.
