What Is the Invoice Activity Feed? #
The Invoice Activity Feed in MediaOS gives you a clear, chronological view of everything that’s happened on a specific invoice. From automation logs to team discussions and client engagement, this tool ensures transparency and helps teams stay aligned—without needing to leave the invoice panel.
You can view communications, internal notes, invoice openings, payment attempts, and more, all in one place.
Accessing the Activity Feed #
To access the activity feed, start by clicking View next to any invoice in the Accounting section. This opens the Invoice Callout Panel on the right side of the screen. Scroll to the bottom of the panel to reveal the Activity Feed.
By default, the feed displays all invoice-related activity from the last 365 days. To view older records, click the Search bar and adjust the date range.

Using the Activity Feed Tools #
The activity feed includes several tools to help you collaborate and document internal actions related to the invoice.
Click Note to append a private or shared note directly to the invoice. Use this to log context, conversations, or client requests.
Click Task to create a task that’s linked directly to the invoice. This is helpful for assigning follow-up actions to yourself or another team member.
Click Discussion to start a team conversation. You can tag colleagues using the @ symbol, and anyone mentioned will be notified in the Today section of their account.
In addition to manual activity, the feed automatically logs relevant system events—such as invoice automations, email campaigns sent, and instances where the invoice was opened via email by the client.
Tip: Use the Activity Feed as your audit trail. It’s a reliable record of all activity tied to a specific invoice—including who did what and when.
