Studio Services

MediaOS Studio Services let you leverage our in-house design team to create ads and layouts for your clients—at a fraction of the cost of hiring a freelancer or agency. To get started, you’ll need to purchase Studio Credits, which act as tokens for each design request you submit.

Why Use Studio Services? #

MediaOS Studio Services offer a convenient and cost-effective alternative to hiring freelancers or external agencies. Whether you need a print ad, digital creative, or full-page layout, our design team is ready to bring your vision to life. With fast delivery and integrated collaboration tools, Studio Services allow you to focus on selling while we handle the creative.

To get started, you'll first need to purchase Studio Credits, which serve as tokens for each request you submit.

Purchasing Studio Credits #

Before submitting a design request through Studio Services, you must have an active balance of Studio Credits in your account. If you haven’t purchased credits yet, you can learn how to do so by visiting our article on Buying Studio Credits.

Sending a Request to a Studio #

Once your credits are loaded, navigate to the Delivery tab in the main navigation. Locate the line item for which you’d like to request design assistance and click View to open the Line Item Details panel. In the Delivery section, click View Request, then select Send to Studio to initiate the Studio request process.

Providing Instructions #

The first step in the request workflow is to give clear direction to the Studio designers. Under the Instructions tab, enter your creative notes and any specific messaging you want the ad to include. You can also upload a reference ad by clicking the Related/Reference Ad thumbnail—this is especially useful if you want to recreate or build off a previous design.

Uploading Files for Designers #

After completing the instructions, click Next to move to the Files tab. Here, you can upload all necessary creative assets, including logos, headlines, body copy, or any visual elements the designer will need. Once your files are uploaded, click Next to continue.

Editing the Branding Guide #

To help the Studio team stay on-brand, MediaOS includes a built-in Branding Guide editor. Navigate to the Branding tab and click Edit Branding Guide. In the pop-up, upload the client’s logo and website URL. You can also specify brand colors, fonts, design preferences, and general style guidelines. After completing the branding wizard, click Save, then Close to lock in your selections.

Finalizing the Request #

Before submitting your request, the final step is to confirm your design preferences and production needs. In the last Studio section, use the General Settings panel to indicate whether you need a rush order, would like to use stock photography, or want the ad to mimic the client's website.

Note: Digital ads include two sizes by default. Each additional size requested will use one extra Studio Credit.

You can select additional sizes using the Digital Ad Options checkboxes. Under the Mimic Existing Ads section, you can also link to previous designs from the Ad Library for inspiration or continuity. If relevant, enter production contact information—this is managed in the Account Details page.

When everything is ready, click Send to Studio Now to officially submit the request to the design team.

What Happens Next #

After submission, your request is routed directly to the MediaOS Studio Team. The more detailed your request, the smoother the process will be—so don’t hesitate to include creative guidance, reference files, or campaign context.

Once the design is complete, a proof will be uploaded to the ad request. You’ll receive both an in-app notification and an email alert when the proof is ready for review.

Viewing the Ad Proof #

To view your finished design, return to the associated request by going to the Delivery tab and selecting the Requests tab at the top of the screen. Locate the request and click View to open the Ad Request Details panel. Scroll to the Proofs section and click View Proof.

From here, you can leave feedback, request revisions, or approve the proof for final delivery.
