The Spend Account Tool helps you visualize a client’s full sales history at a glance—unlocking long-term trends, product-level insights, and rep performance in one centralized view. Whether you're preparing for a renewal, planning outreach, or identifying growth opportunities, this tool makes it easy to understand account value and drive smarter, more strategic conversations with your clients.
Accessing the Spend Account Tool #
To launch the tool, open the Account Details page for any client and click on the Spend tab. This section provides a visual breakdown of account-level sales trends, helping you quickly assess performance by product, time period, and sales rep.

Visualizing Client Sales Trend #
At the top of the Spend Account Tool, you’ll see two primary visualizations:
- A pie chart showing the last 12 months of sales, broken down by Product. This view helps you understand which products are generating the most revenue for the account.
- A bar chart displaying year-over-year sales totals. This allows you to track changes in annual spending at a glance.
Hovering over any section of these graphs will display exact sales totals, giving you deeper insight without needing to run a separate report.
Additional Sales Insight #
Below the main charts, the Product Sales Trends section presents a month-by-month breakdown of sales by Sales Rep, helping you identify which team members are driving revenue for the account throughout the year.
You’ll also find the Last 10 Years Contract Sales section, which visualizes the account’s annual contract revenue in a long-term bar graph. This chart gives you a historical view of client value over time—ideal for account reviews or renewal forecasting.
