Integrating DocuSign with MediaOS

While MediaOS includes a built-in, free electronic signature tool, you also have the option to integrate your existing DocuSign account for requesting and collecting digital signatures on proposals.

Before setting up the integration, it’s important to note that MediaOS is already equipped with native e-signature functionality. No external integration is required to collect signatures. However, if you prefer to use DocuSign, you’ll need an active DocuSign account. If you don’t already have one, you can create an account at the DocuSign website.

The DocuSign integration allows you to use DocuSign’s tools to digitally sign MediaOS proposals. MediaOS is designed to work with one shared DocuSign account across all users. This means individual MediaOS users will not need direct access to your DocuSign login credentials. Instead, the account is centrally configured and used system-wide.

To begin the integration, go to the Integrations section in MediaOS and click the Configure button next to DocuSign.

You'll be prompted to enter the necessary credentials and preferences. Provide your API Email or API Username and your API Password, then choose whether or not to enable Counter Signature. If a counter-signature is required on your proposals, toggle this setting on. You can also assign a Counter Signature User, which designates the MediaOS user responsible for signing on behalf of your organization.

Once all fields are completed, click Save to activate the integration. Your DocuSign account will now be connected to MediaOS, and your team can begin using it to collect secure, legally binding signatures on proposals.
