Generating a Mailing List #
Generating a mailing list in MediaOS is quick and straightforward. With just a few clicks, you can compile a subscriber list tailored to a specific publication and issue. Start by selecting Members from the left-hand navigation panel, then click the Memberships tab at the top of the page. From there, click the Issue Mailing List button to access the mailing list tool, where you can create new lists or download previously generated ones. To generate a new list, click New Mailing List, name your list, choose the Product, and select the Issue it corresponds to. Once your selections are made, click Process List. After the list is processed, it will appear in the table—just click Generate List to download the mailing list as a CSV file for your printer.
Note: You may choose to include subscribers whose memberships expired in a previous issue, or you may exclude subscribers from the list who received an earlier issue of your choice. You may also choose to run any automated workflows built for when membership lists are created.
