Creating a New Ad Request

Easily request ad design support—whether through your internal team or MediaOS Studio Services—by generating a new ad request directly from your line item.

How to Create a New Ad Request #

To begin creating a new ad request, navigate to the Delivery tab and locate the Line Item for which you’d like to submit the request. Once you find the correct line item, click View to open the Line Item Details panel on the right side of your screen.

Scroll down to the second section of the panel and click the Create Ad Request button. This will open a new ad request form tied specifically to the selected line item.

Assigning The Ad Request #

Once the request form appears, you’ll be prompted to choose how you'd like to assign the work. Click Assign Internally if a member of your in-house team will be handling the ad design. This allows you to delegate the task to a team member already working within MediaOS.

If you’d prefer to use professional design support from MediaOS, select Send to Studio. This option connects you with the MediaOS Studio Services team—our dedicated ad design team capable of delivering polished ads with turnaround times as fast as two hours.

Completing and Saving the Request #

After selecting the assignment method, complete the ad request by filling in the required fields. These typically include design details such as headline, copy, instructions, and any reference files or brand assets the designer may need.

Once all relevant information has been entered, click Save to submit the request. The assigned user or Studio team will be notified immediately, and the request will be visible in the Requests tab for tracking and updates.

Tip: Use the @mention feature in the activity feed to tag teammates or clarify any design instructions directly within the ad request.
