How to Apply Contract Line Items #

To apply contract line items in MediaOS, begin by creating a new contract and filling out the required information fields. As you enter contract details—such as the issue, unit, and section—look to the right-hand side of the page and click the Add Fees/Discounts tab. This will open a panel below where you can select a contract line item from the dropdown menu.

The line item will appear labeled according to how it was originally set up. Click on the line item, enter the cost of the fee in the designated field, and then click the orange Add One Item button. Once added, the fee will appear directly on the contract.
