With built-in tracking tools, MediaOS makes it easy to measure how your ads perform across print and digital channels. Whether you're using clickable links, QR codes, or call tracking numbers, every impression and interaction can be monitored to show clear, measurable results for your campaigns.
Creating a Tracking Link for an Ad in MediaOS #
To generate a trackable URL for any ad, begin by clicking on the Delivery tab in the left-hand navigation menu. From the top of the Delivery screen, select Line Items to access your full list of scheduled ad placements. Find the ad you want to track and click View to open the details panel for that specific line item.
In the left-hand pop-up panel, you’ll see an option labeled Tracking Link located within the initial section beneath the line item details. Clicking this option will automatically generate a unique tracking URL and copy it to your clipboard. You can now paste this link into your ad creative, website, or reporting documents to monitor engagement.
Creating a QR Code for an Ad in MediaOS #
To generate a QR code for any ad, follow the same navigation steps. Open the Delivery tab, then select Line Items from the top navigation bar. Find the desired ad and click View to open its details panel.
Within the same left-hand pop-up panel where tracking links are created, you'll find the Tracking QR Code option. Clicking this will instantly create a scannable QR code that links to your tracking URL, making it ideal for use in print ads, posters, or out-of-home placements where quick access to a web page is needed.
Setting Up Call Tracking for an Ad in MediaOS #
To set up a dedicated phone number for call tracking, begin by navigating to Delivery, then selecting Line Items. Click View on the ad you'd like to associate with a call tracking number. In the pop-up panel that appears on the left, scroll down to the Call Tracking Analytics section.
Click Set Up Phone Number to start the process. In the search field, enter your preferred area code to filter available phone numbers. From the dropdown, choose the number you want to purchase. In doing so, you'll assign this number to the ad for the duration of your campaign.
