Streamline Your Workflow: Integrate Your Email with MediaOS. #
For most users, the process of email integration is straightforward. However, there are exceptions, please read this article thoroughly to get started with integrating your email.
- GSuite Users: The Administrator of your GSuite account must follow the GSuite User Instructions before integrating your email.
- Microsoft Users: Your Administrator may need to complete the Microsoft Admin Approval Instructions after you connect your email.
Make sure to follow these guidelines based on your email provider to ensure a smooth setup process!

Email Integration Instructions:
- Click on your profile picture in the lower left hand of the screen.
- Select Personal Settings from your Navigation Panel.
- Click "Email Accounts" in the top tab menu
- Next, click the +Email Account button.
- Enter the email address you want to connect.
- Select your email provider.
- If you do not see your provider listed initially, select other providers. If you still don't see it then select See all providers.
- Then, follow the prompts and select "Allow" for the Nylas permissions window. For information on Nylas, visit the Nylas Website.
- After you select "Allow" your email will sync and you will see that your email is connected.
