Send invoices directly to clients using customizable templates and connected payment systems in MediaOS.
Before You Begin #
Before you can email invoices through MediaOS, make sure your account is connected to a supported payment processor such as Authorize.net or Stripe. This allows clients to securely submit payments once they receive their invoice.
Note: If you haven’t connected a payment provider yet, visit System Settings > Integrations to set it up.
How to Email an Invoice #
Start by clicking Accounting in the left-hand navigation menu. From the top of the screen, open the Invoices tab to view a list of your billing records.
Locate the invoice you'd like to send and click View to open the invoice details.
Next, click Email to launch the email interface. Choose from your available email templates to streamline the message and maintain consistent branding.
Fill in the necessary email details—such as the recipient's address, subject line, and any additional message content. When you're ready, click Send Email to deliver the invoice directly to the client.
Tip: Use email templates to save time and ensure each invoice includes your preferred language, payment instructions, and contact details.
