To connect Gmail accounts securely to MediaOS, your organization’s GSuite administrator must approve access for a specific OAuth client ID. This one-time setup ensures that MediaOS can integrate with your Google account while protecting your organization’s data and privacy. The process must be completed by someone with GSuite admin permissions, and once configured, it allows seamless email and calendar integration across your team.

Setting Up Google GSuite Access #

Start by signing in as an administrator to your Google Admin Console. Once logged in, navigate to Security > Access and Data Control > API Controls. Under the App Access Control section, click Manage Third-Party App Access to begin the setup process.

At the top of the Configured Apps list, select Add App, then choose OAuth App Name or Client ID. In the search field, enter the following Client ID:

231074785-rv1am26bqgcv8jdslrks4tb3eeoi1uh1.apps.googleusercontent.com

After entering the Client ID, click Search. When the search results appear, check the box next to the listed Client ID and click Select.

You will then be prompted to assign an access level. Choose Trusted: Can access all Google services to authorize MediaOS. Finally, click Configure to save your settings. Once complete, the app's access status will appear as Trusted in the Access column on the Apps page.
