Support

The MediaOS Support Center provides a comprehensive hub for user assistance, training, and troubleshooting. You'll find essential resources, including onboarding modules, system demos, and a detailed knowledge base. Users can register for live training webinars, view past recorded sessions, and track support tickets for ongoing issues. Whether you're a new user getting started, or a seasoned veteran in need of a refresher on specific features, the Support Center ensures you have the guidance and tools necessary to navigate MediaOS effectively.

Accessing the Support Center #

To access the Support Center, click on the Support Icon on the navigation panel, running along the top of the screen at MediaOS.com.

Withing the Support Center, you will find several resources. Below is an overview of each section.

Knowledge Base #

The Knowledge Base is a comprehensive directory that allows you to browse all documentation of various features within MediaOS, as well as Frequently Asked Questions. Access it here. Simply type in the topic you're interested in or have a question about into the Search Bar, then browse through the available explanatory articles.

Live Training #

Within the Live Training portion of the Support Center, you'll find a Calendar of all upcoming live webinar trainings. New classes are added every month, so be sure to register. By registering, you are adding your name to our internal email list.  All registrants will receive an email with the training zoom link on the day of your training, approximately 30-40 minutes prior to training. Remember to add your training to your calendar. 

Note: Onboarding "Kick-Off" trainings are for new users only, therefore, invitations are emailed and are not listed on our live training calendar.

Past Trainings #

Learn from the questions of your peers with our Past Trainings resource. Videos listed in this section will assist you in your account setup and more. Learn how to setup products, integrate with Quickbooks Online and more. Keep your eye on this section, as we update often with recorded trainings so you can easily watch for the first time, or rewatch as many times as you need!

Upcoming Trainings #

The Upcoming Training section in the Support Center displays a list of upcoming Q&A sessions that you can sign up for to get live assistance and insights directly from our team.
