  • Accounts.
  • Agencies.
  • Contacts.
  • Deals.
  • Contracts.
  • Line Items.
  • Ad Requests.
  • Flat Plan.
  • Content.
  • Invoices.
  • Payments.

When building a task, you are able to assign:

  • Tasks.
  • Due Date.
  • Projects.

You can also check the assignment's status and keep track of project completion. Keep in mind, you can tag other users using the @ Sign.

Tip: To be as organized and efficient as possible, you can also use notes and sub-tasks.

What is the difference between a task and a follow-up? #

Follow-ups are only used at the account level, tasks can be used in all of the above areas. Follow-ups are good for quick reminders for sales representatives to contact accounts - tasks are used for more in-depth assignments.

What are Projects? #

Projects are collection of tasks. Using projects allows you to compile tasks and segment them using dependencies.
