MediaOS automatically creates deals whenever a new proposal is produced and assigned to a pipeline. This easy process not only automatically generates deals upon the creation of a new proposal but also seamlessly assigns them to a designated pipeline, expediting workflow management and ensuring a structured progression for each potential opportunity.
Enabling Auto-Created Deals #
- Click on your profile avatar in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
- Select System Settings.
- Choose General Settings.
- Scroll down to the Deals section and locate the Auto Create Deals setting.
- Click on the dropdown menu and select the deals pipeline status you want new deals to automatically be assigned to.
Once this setting has been enabled, any new proposals will automatically attach deals to them. These deals will also appear in the deals pipeline status you have selected.
