MediaOS can automatically generate deals each time a new proposal is created, ensuring that every opportunity enters your sales pipeline without requiring manual input. This feature streamlines workflow management and creates a consistent path for tracking potential sales from proposal to close.
Enabling Auto-Created Deals #
To enable this feature, click your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner of the screen and navigate to System Settings. From there, select General Settings and scroll to the Deals section. Locate the setting labeled Auto Create Deals, and from the dropdown menu, choose the pipeline status where new deals should be assigned.
Once this setting is active, MediaOS will automatically create a new deal whenever a proposal is submitted. That deal will be linked to the proposal and immediately placed in the selected pipeline stage, making it easy to track and manage from day one.
