MediaOS gives you the flexibility to assign different payment processors for Membership and CRM+ platforms. This setup allows your organization to create financial workflows that best align with your internal systems, partner requirements, or accounting preferences—ensuring that each platform operates with the most efficient gateway for its needs.
Configuring Separate Payment Gateways #
To assign different payment processors, start by clicking your Profile Picture located in the bottom-left corner of the MediaOS navigation menu. From the list of options, select System Settings. Once inside the System Settings panel, navigate to General Settings.
Use the Search Bar to look for Payment Gateways. In the Payment Gateways section, you will see options that allow you to designate a specific payment gateway for Membership and another for CRM+. Choose the preferred processor for each platform based on your existing integrations and organizational preferences. Once configured, each platform will operate independently with its assigned gateway, streamlining your payment processes across MediaOS.
