MediaOS provides several core sales reports that help you track team performance, evaluate sales activity, and gain insights into product success. These reports are essential for sales managers who want to monitor rep output and identify trends in deal flow.
Accessing Sales Management Reports #
To access key sales tracking reports, click Reports in the left-hand navigation bar, then scroll down to the Sales Management section on the following screen. This area contains the tools you’ll need to monitor sales activity and performance.
Recommended Sales Reports #
MediaOS offers several recommended sales reports that provide unique insights to help you manage your sales pipeline more effectively. The Product Sales Summary & Analysis report is one of the most powerful tools available, offering deep customization through pivot table functionality. You can adjust the Header Column and Left Side Primary to create personalized views of sales performance, trends, and totals. The Activity Summary report helps you monitor overall sales rep activity within a specific date range, giving you a clear snapshot of how many actions—such as calls, emails, meetings, and tasks—have occurred during that period.
Tip: For a more detailed view of individual actions, you can also run the Activity List report under the Sales section.
Activity List – Get a complete breakdown of all logged activities by each sales rep. This includes emails, calls, meetings, completed follow-ups, completed tasks, discussions, and notes.
