Utilizing Different Payment Processors for Memberships and CRM+

If your organization uses both the Membership and CRM+ platforms in MediaOS, you have the flexibility to assign different payment processors to each. This allows for more tailored financial workflows and better alignment with your internal systems or partner requirements.

To configure separate gateways, begin by clicking your profile picture in the bottom-left corner of the screen and selecting System Settings. Then, navigate to General Settings and use the search bar to look for Payment Gateways. From there, you’ll be able to designate a different payment gateway for each platform—Membership and CRM+—based on your preferences and existing integrations.

Note: These cannot be blank if you want to use a payment processor in either vertical.
