The report is also invaluable for identifying unapplied payments within customer accounts. An unapplied payment refers to credits or payments that haven’t yet been allocated to specific invoice(s).

In order to get to this report you would need to click on reports tab of MediaOS, then click on the advertiser balance report. Here you can filter data based on specific timeframes you choice, then you are able to download this report or save this report to your dashboard.
