Whether it’s a limited-time discount, a VIP experience, or a recurring reward, perks provide a flexible way to deliver meaningful value and keep your audience coming back. You can use perks to reward loyalty by targeting specific membership tiers, drive action with high-value or time-sensitive offers, strengthening partnerships by featuring deals from local businesses or sponsors, and elevate your brand by creating exciting, exclusive moments. Best of all, perks are easy to set up, fully customizable, and adaptable to any campaign or business objective.

Creating a New Perk #

Creating a new perk is a great way to engage your audience with exclusive offers, rewards, or benefits. Whether it’s tied to a membership level or available to all users, perks are fully customizable and easy to set up in just a few steps. Follow this guide to launch your next promotion using the Perks tool.

Start a New Perk #

To begin, navigate to the Perks section and click the + Perk button. This will open a new window where you can define the details of your promotion.

Select the Business Profile #

Every perk must be associated with a business profile. Use the search bar to find and select the appropriate profile for your perk. This ensures the offer appears under the right branding and account.

Add Perk Details #

To set up a perk, start by filling out the required details. Give your perk a clear and engaging name that communicates its value, and include a description that explains what users will receive and how it works. Set the start and end dates to define when the perk is available, and use the status field to mark it as Active or Inactive depending on when it should go live. For the redemption method, choose whether users will access the perk via a QR code or a button in their account. If the perk is limited to certain membership levels, specify the minimum tier level required. Finally, set the refresh period to determine how often the perk resets and becomes available again for eligible users.

Upload an Image (Optional) #

You can make your perk more visually appealing by uploading an image. Click the image area in the top-right corner to add a custom graphic that represents the offer.

Save and Activate #

Once all fields are complete, click Save in the bottom-right corner. Your perk will now be created and, if marked active, immediately available to eligible users.
