Ensuring Notifications Reach Your Inbox

MediaOS sends important notifications to keep you updated on account activity, approvals, contracts, invoices, and more. To make sure you receive these updates, it's essential to whitelist MediaOS email addresses in your inbox settings—so nothing gets lost in spam or blocked by your email provider.

Whitelist MediaOS Email Addresses #

To prevent missing key notifications, whitelist the following email addresses:

Tip: Enter your email into the box and click Check. If MediaOS email addresses are blocked, they’ll automatically be removed from your blocked list.

How to Whitelist Emails by Provider #

Depending on your email service, follow the instructions below to whitelist MediaOS emails:

Gmail #

  • Log in to your Gmail account.
  • Click the gear icon in the top-right corner and choose See all settings.
  • Open the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
  • Click Create a new filter.
  • In the From field, enter:
    • no-reply@mediaos.com
    • @mediaos.com
  • Click Create filter.
  • Check Never send it to Spam, then click Create filter again.

Microsoft Outlook #

  • Log in and click the Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner.
  • From the side menu, choose Mail.
  • Select Junk email.
  • Add these two email addresses:
    • no-reply@mediaos.com
    • @mediaos.com
  • Click Save.

Yahoo! Mail #

  • Click Settings on the right side of your inbox.
  • Select More Settings.
  • Choose Filters from the left menu.
  • Click Add New Filters.
  • Enter the email addresses above.
  • Click Save to apply the filter.

Apple Mail #

  • Open the Mail app and go to your Mailboxes view.
  • Tap the Junk folder.
  • Locate any email from MediaOS.
  • Swipe left on the message.
  • Tap the gray More button (three dots).
  • Select Move to Inbox to ensure it’s recognized as safe in the future.
