Generating a Mailing List #
Generating a Mailing List in MediaOS is quick and straightforward. With just a few clicks, you can compile a subscriber list tailored to your specific publication and issue. Follow these steps to create a new mailing list, customize your selections, and ensure your subscribers receive their copies seamlessly.
- To Generate a Mailing List select Members on the left-hand navigation panel.
- Select the Memberships tab at the top of the page.
- Click on the Issue Mailing List button. This will take you to the page where you can create new lists and download previously generated lists.
- Select the New Mailing List button.
- Name your list.
- Choose the Product you're creating a mailing list for.
- Select the Issue for your mailing list.
- Once your selections have been made, click the Process List button.
- When your mailing list has processed, it will appear in the table. Select the Generate List button to download a CSV file of your mailing list to mail to your printer.
Note: You may choose to include subscribers whose memberships expired in a previous issue, or you may exclude subscribers from the list who received an earlier issue of your choice. You may also choose to run any automated workflows built for when membership lists are created.
