Learn how to deactivate a user in your software and still access their data for reporting. Follow these simple steps to disable access.

1. Log into MediaOS, and click on your avatar in the bottom, left-hand corner of the dashboard and select Users.
2. Click the orange Edit button to the right of the user who is inactive.
3. Deselect the Login Enabled option and click Save. The user is now deactivated and longer able to access the software, but their data is still available for reporting by selecting their name under Accounts Owned By. Some reports will require the user to be active in order to access the data. In this case, you’ll need to temporarily activate the user.
