Frequently Asked Flat Plan Questions

I placed an ad on the flat plan but now I can’t find it. Where did it go?

When you can’t locate an ad that you’ve placed on the flat plan it means that another ad has been placed over top of it. Use the steps below to locate the ad:

  • Go to Delivery and select View next to the line item in question. The line item details panel will appear on the right side of your screen.
    • Note: Filtering for Product, Issue, and Account Name will allow you to easily find the line item.
  • Scroll to the Delivery section of the panel. Here you will find the page number of the flat plan the ad has been placed on.
  • Then, exit out of the line item details panel.
  • Select the Flat Plan tab at the top of your screen.
  • Choose the Product and Issue you’re working on.
  • Navigate to the page the ad was placed on. Then, click on the grey bar at the bottom of said page.
  • You’ll see that multiple ads are on the flat plan.
  • You can click on the name of the line item to see more details, such as which account the line item belongs to. Click the Remove from Page button to remove the ad from the page. Once removed, the ad will appear under the Ads section on the left-hand side of your screen, at which point you can replace the ad onto another page.
