You can now add a convenience fee for your customers who pay with a credit card via the online portal in MediaOS.

Note: This only applies to payments made via the online portal. The fee is added to the invoice and the invoice total will be updated.

• Click Your profile avatar in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
• Click System Settings from the dropdown menu.
• Click the General Settings link to display your system settings.
• Navigate to the Portal section of the settings page and locate the Credit Card Payment Convenience Fee field. Here, you can enter the percentage of the sale that you would like to be used as the convenience fee.
• You will see that there is now a fee associated with this payment when a customer attempts to pay online via a credit card.

• When the payment is submitted, a line item for the convenience fee is automatically added to the invoice.
