Tear sheets show your accounts what their placed ad looks like on the page. They can be included on the PDF of invoices.

Enabling Tear Sheets

• Log into MediaOS and click on your profile avatar in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
• Select System Settings from the menu.
• Click Templates and select Edit under the Invoice template.
• Scroll to the bottom of the template. You should see a Tear Sheets dynamic content block and an Ads merge block. If you don’t see either of these fields, learn how to edit your templates here.
  • The Tear Sheet merge block pulls in the account’s ad from the insertion on the invoice as it looks when it is placed on the Flat Plan.
  • The Ad merge block pulls in the account’s ad that is the Primary Ad assigned to the insertion on the invoice.
  • NOTE: The Tear Sheet merge block will only pull in content if the line item on the invoice is placed on the Flat Plan and the finished design has been uploaded to the corresponding page the ad has been placed on (for issue based products).
