To create the best experience for our customers, we’ve set an official policy of which internet browsers MediaOS supports. New powerful technology is constantly being developed and modified. We rely on updated browsers that support this new technology and help us develop better software tools for your business. Below is a list of supported internet browsers and our general browser support policy.

Microsoft Edge: No older than 1 year behind in updates.

Firefox: No older than 1 year behind in updates. Typically, Firefox self-updates.

Google Chrome (Highly Recommended): No older than 1 year behind in updates. Typically, Google Chrome self-updates.

Other Browsers: We do not support any other browsers at this time due to the low popularity of other competing browsers.

Safari: Safari is the least desirable supported browser for MediaOS. We often encounter several bugs in Safari that most browsers don’t have.
